Terms of Service
The customer agreement that governs your use of the CapFlow platform.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CapFlow platform ("Service"). By creating an account or using CapFlow you agree to these Terms.
1. The Service
CapFlow provides financial tracking tools designed for South African consumers. The Service is provided on an informational basis and does not constitute financial, tax, or legal advice. You are responsible for your own financial decisions.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a binding contract to use CapFlow. By registering you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.
3. Subscription & Billing
CapFlow operates on a recurring monthly subscription of R69. Subscription fees are payable in advance for each billing cycle via Paystack. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
4. Data Ownership
You remain the owner of the data you capture. We process personal information in accordance with South Africa's POPIA regulations. You may request data export or account deletion at any time.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service for fraud, money laundering, or reverse-engineering. Sharing account credentials with unauthorized parties is strictly prohibited.
